In my old ways, I would eat lunch and then dinner really late at night and I wasn't really hungry the rest of the day. So, the idea of my getting up in the morning and making myself eat was strange, but I did it. I did not increase my workouts; rather I replaced them with Michelle's Body Breakthru DVD workouts. The first week I lost 3 pounds and was really astonished. I didn't feel like I was on a "diet" because I was eating a lot and so often. I didn't deprive myself of anything but really made an effort to stay within my calorie count. All together I lost 22 pounds and 14 inches in about 10 weeks!

For the longest time I did not think I could devote myself to anything other than my family’s needs, and I felt fully justified. I gained a lot of weight. I have been on many other diet programs in the past – THIS ONE WORKS!! So far I’ve lost 17 lbs in just over 2 months. It took me almost 2 years to loose the same weight with another program. The diet doesn’t feel like a diet but a change in lifestyle. Learning to eat smaller meals throughout the day was a challenge at first, but once I got used to it I reaped the rewards. Food portioning is also very important. I am now able to eat everything I want (including chocolate and beer), in moderation. While I have always exercised, I didn’t generally lift weights; I was definitely the type of girl that felt cardio was the most important thing for me to lose weight. Wow is all I can say. Hi I am Ana Olson and I am on a journey. A journey towards a better me. I gained a ton of weight when I got pregnant and I didn't lose much after my baby was born. I needed to gain some control over my health. I haven't reached my ultimate goal yet but I am getting there. I have lost over 20 pounds so far but that isn't the change that has made the biggest difference. It is the energy and confidence and strength that I have gained that have made the biggest difference. My life has been crazy between working part-time, caring for my 13-month-old daughter and trying to be a good wife, sister, daughter and friend. After a few weeks of doing these workouts though I noticed that I sleep better, my mood is better and I race after my toddler more easily. I think anyone should try this program. Hi, my name is Lisa and I am a 36-year-old wife and mother of two girls. Over the years I had slowly starting putting on weight. It wasn’t a huge amount, but enough where I started seeing a difference in certain areas of my body so I decided to give this program a try.
