Chyna Fitness Video
In April 2000, Michelle and Phil found themselves on the top of an old building
in downtown Los Angeles working as technical advisors on a workout video for the
"Ninth Wonder of the World", CHYNA. Chyna is a woman wrestler for the World
Wrestling Federation (WWF). Working with Chyna was a great experience. She
was nice, professional and trained hard to make this tough video workout look
good. The workout is a high intensity workout program that involves specific
timed exercises (cardio drills and weight training) that challenges the
participant's level of fitness for both endurance and strength.
Using time instead of a number of reps (40 seconds vs. 15-20 reps) makes it easy to follow
and also gives the participant the motivation to progress to "hang in there"
for the entire 40 seconds. This is an exciting workout that will challenge
the more experienced exerciser and at the same time gives the new exerciser
something to work toward. Chyna leads the workout, demonstrating each movement
with correct form and technique. Motivating and educating, the video will be
of value to either viewer or the participate. She is awesome and so is video,
