CLASS DESCRIPTIONS (all classes are 55 minutes unless noted differently)
SPIN BASICS: This class is perfect for all levels and great for those looking for more instruction on form,
pedal stroke and intensity monitoring during spin classes and outdoor cycling. Proper bike set up, riding
techniques and intensity monitoring will be covered to aid you in your discovery of group cycling.

SPIN: The original and most popular group cycling class. And it's not just because Spinning is an
unmatched way to make your fitness goals a reality. With no complicated moves to learn, top-notch
instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal, getting into the best shape of your life has never
been more fun. Spin classes are 50 minutes in length.
SPIN (Coached Ride): The coached ride is spinning with more “cycling specific” techniques and drills,
blended with musical rhythms, that you can take to the road.
ENDURANCE SPIN: Take your ride to the next level with 75 minutes of climbs, sprints and intervals.
This all terrain ride will challenge the most experienced riders to dig deep and take themselves to the

CIRCUIT Moves
Circuit training is by far the most effective training modality available. A full body workout using our
dual resistance VertiCore fit straps and easy to follow athletic cardio sequences help you engage
your core and build lean, strong and functional strength.
Sports CIRCUIT: The same format as Circuit moves but no dance steps! Sports drills and skills
make up the cardio aspect of this dynamic kick butt circuit class with strength segments to round
off this total body workout
PILATES
Pilates is one of the best ways to connect to your inner strength while improving balance, flexibility
and core strength. This class fuses together the best of mat Pilates and equipment based Pilates to
give you an extremely effective workout that will create a long and supple body. All levels (Please
bring an extra pair of clean socks)
Classic Pilates: This Pilates mat class is held in the Pilates Studio and utilizes classic pilates repertoire
along with small equipment such as bands, balls, magic circles and the bosu. Focus on your core,
strengthen and lengthen muscles and work on stability and balance.
MATRIX: This workout is designed to increase your “3 dimensional flexible-strength” by using your
own body weight and our exclusive Yoga Wall Suspension Straps. This “Off the Wall Workout” is a
55-minute class that will improve total body and core strength while enhancing your flexibility at the
same time. The flexibility components will help release tension in the shoulders, hips and hamstrings.
The MATRIX is perfect class to compliment all your cardiovascular activities.
PURE STRENGTH: A total body workout that uses barbells, dumbbells and more to strengthen all
your muscle groups. Get ready to use your core with total body exercises combined with traditional
exercises to give you a complete head to toe workout. Set to fun music this class is for anyone
wanting to increase their muscular strength and endurance while shaping the entire body. Pure
strength is for all ages and fitness levels.
PURE STRENGTH Express: A 30-minute version of our Pure Strength class.
High Definition X conditioning: Define your entire body with goal driven cross training and conditioning.
The workout focuses on integrated functional techniques that enhance balance, posture, core
strength and muscular endurance.
Quick SCULPT: A 30-minute total body-sculpting workout that will shape and define your entire
body. Using the most effective and time-efficient functional exercises, this class uses a variety of
equipment to keep you challenged, motivated and energized
Core Works: Want to add more abdominal training to your workouts? This 20-minute workout will
challenge your core from all angles and is the perfect addition to any cardio or strength workout.
All levels
Stretch it out: Need to incorporate a little stretching into your workout schedule? Stretch it out
is a quick 15-minute stretch class designed to help unwind and release tension from your other
workouts. Come to class warmed up and ready to release.
Optimum Mind and Body: A 70 minute mind and body sculpting program. A fusion of yoga, pilates,
strength training, and ballet creates efficient, joint friendly, total bodywork out. Done shoeless to
fresh sounds and music, this program is a great stress reliever.
Boot camp: Everything you think about a boot camp and more but with NO YELLING and screaming.
Have fun while you increase your strength and endurance in a supportive environment. You’ll never
get bored as you do a variety of basic conditioning exercises using your own body weight along
with various group exercise equipment.
Turbo Express: Get ready for a power packed workout complete with a sports specific warm-up,
bouts
of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training
and a Tai-Chi like cool-down. Turbo Kick is a safe, fun, and effective kickboxing style class.
45 minutes
CARDIO STEP: A complete cardio workout that mixes strong and simple athletic moves on and
off the step that will help you burn extra calories and re-shape your lower body.
Raise the Barre: Raise the Barre is a class that combines focused leg work at the barre along with
light weights to help tone your entire body. Fun, high energy music creates a unique workout that
promises to create lean, elongated muscles and improve your posture all while strengthen your core.
The barre provides balance and stability in order to focus on specific leg and glute muscles. You'll
walk away with a lifted seat, flat abdominals, toned arms and better flexibility. You'll definitely
feel the burn.
No dance experience needed in the class that will make you sweat, stomp, shake and just let loose.
Great music and a supportive instructor will have you burning fat and having fun in this one-hour
workout.
Zumba®: is a fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes that create a dynamic,
exciting, effective fitness system! The moves are easy to follow and you will have a blast in one
exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage
and captivate for life! Join the party – ditch the workout!
Anusara inspired YOGA - A balance of strength and flexibility with a focus on proper alignment.
This class will re-energize your body and ground your mind. Anusara inspired Yoga is playful and
challenging. level 1/2.(75 minutes)
Anusara Yoga L 2/3 - Deepen your practice in this vigorous and challenging class. Work with
your breath and alignment to learn more advanced postures while finding deeper expressions of
essential yoga poses. Level 2/3 ( 90 Minutes)
Yoga Basics: For anyone who wants to learn yoga. This class introduces fundamental yoga poses
with alignment and breath instruction, students will build strength and increase flexibility. Come out
and play in a supportive and fun environment! Level 1 (60 minutes)
Vinyasa YOGA: Tone, stretch, and strengthen your body while calming and relaxing your mind. This
total body workout will leave you feeling longer, leaner and with a sense of inner peace. The first half
of the class will build heat as we flow through sun salutations, sequential standing poses then
gradually moving into seated postures, core work and tension releasing stretches. (75 min)
Yoga Flow Level 2/3 :: Intermediate level for students who are already familiar with basic yoga
postures and are prepared to be further challenged in poses requiring strength, stamina and flexibility.
Poses are linked together through movement and deep breathing. Expect inversions, backbends and
arm balances. A variety of music is used.
YOGA 4 All: Create overall physical balance, through a series of yoga poses. Learn the correlations
between the pose and every day activities of the body using. flowing yoga sequences. Create
more strength around the joints and improve in this class designed for first timers & experienced yogis.
