Programs Offered
We offer 3 different levels that are based on athlete age and performance. This means that just because an athlete is a certain age does not guarantee that an athlete is automatically at a specific level. All athletes are placed at a certain level after their initial evaluation by an experienced evaluator. According to the level your athlete is placed at, this will help to determine what type of program they should select.
JAM / Jump Start Program (Ages 7-11)
Junior Athlete Membership (Ages 7-11) Fundamentals in overall athleticism and proper body movement with light emphasis on basic Parisi speed techniques. Each class is structured around speed games, individual and group challenges.

Total Performance Program (Ages 12+)
For young athletes who want to develop a true foundation of athletic speed and strength conditioning. This 4-level program is broken into 8-week “terms” in which the athletes must test out (physical and written) of to move up to the next level. Includes: 2 performance evaluations (start and finish), 24 speed-strength “hybrid sessions”. Class size limited to no more than 10 athletes per coach.

PEAK Program (Ages 12-18)
Parisi Elite Athletic Knowledge is offered to individual athletes or small groups who want the more attention to detail. These workouts are sport specific to the needs and goals of the athlete(s).

Types of Sessions
There are 4 different types of sessions that make up the different programs at the Parisi Speed School. Depending on your athlete's particular needs and the program you select from the price list, he or she will be recommended to take part in certain types of training sessions. When your athlete is in the facility performing a specific session listed below, the focus described will be what they work on that day.
- Linear Speed sessions - The main portion of these sessions focus on the signature Parisi straight ahead acceleration and top speed running techniques. These sessions are all begun with the dynamic warm up and conclude with the dynamic cool down.
- Change of Direction sessions - The main portion of these sessions focus on agility and an athlete's ability to move in any direction quickly. These sessions are all begun with the dynamic warm up and conclude with the dynamic cool down.
- Total Body Strength sessions - These sessions focus on integrated strength training and 3-D Flexibility. This combination of total body strength and flexibility is critical to producing a faster, stronger, less injury prone athlete.
- Total Conditioning Classes - These classes incorporate all aspects of the Parisi program in a larger class setting. These classes focus on total body conditioning and are a great way to get into shape and maintain your conditioning and speed throughout the season.
