At Breakthru Fitness we offer 3 different options for personal training.

If you are new to personal training, no worries… we will take care of you! We are here to advise you and help you select the right trainer or training option based upon your needs & goals.

Private Training (one-on-one)

This individualized one-on-one training program is tailored specifically for you, to help achieve your desired results. Private training is encouraged if you have injuries, specific goals or need to learn your way around gym equipment or formulate workouts.

Small Group Training (2-4 clients sharing a session)

Although Breakthru specializes in one-on-one training, we understand the need for more affordable options. Our small group training sessions are a smart way to achieve the results you want by sharing your session with a group of 4-6 people. Your workouts will be more consistent and more efficient than they would be on your own. It is recommended that all participants take a minimum of five personal training sessions (one-on-one) before beginning small group training.

Group Training – MC3 (8 to 16 clients sharing a session)

Metabolic Conditioning 3 is a strength and conditioning program created for those looking to train like an athlete. Using the latest sports training drills you will get stronger, leaner, and faster, as well as feel better physically and mentally. Workouts are challenging, fun and exciting.
