One of the safest and most effective exercise programs available, Pilates comprises hundreds of exercises, which allow workouts to be customized to meet participants' individual needs. The neuromuscular technique tones and lengthens muscles, increases abdominal and back strength, improves posture and body mechanics, reduces joint and lower back stress, balances flexibility with strength, and reduces stress and tension. The smooth, almost dance-like motions, with an emphasis on proper breathing, leave participants feeling refreshed rather than exhausted.

In New York City during the 1920s, Joseph H. Pilates (1880 - 1967) devised a series of controlled movements that engage the mind and body in developing strong, flexible muscles, without building bulk. Early followers included such dance greats as Martha Graham and George Ballanchine. |
We Offer A Variety Of Options:
- Private Pilates Training (1 client per 60 minute session)
Custom tailored one-on-one training programs are designed to achieve your desired results.
- Partner Pilates Training (2-3 clients sharing a 60 minute session)
Share a session with a friend or spouse to increase your motivation and commitment.
- Small Group Pilates Training (4-6 clients sharing a 60 minute session)
Although Breakthru specializes in 1 on 1 personal training, we also understand the need for more affordable options. Our small group training sessions are a smart and affordable way to achieve the results you want by sharing your session with a small group of 4-6 people. You workouts will be more consistent and more efficient than they would be on your own. Please note, to keep up with the group and workout safe, all classes recommend a minimum of five private one-on-one personal training sessions before you start with a group.
