SPIN ®

The coached ride is spinning with more “cycling specific” techniques and drills, blended with musical rhythms, that you can take to the road. |
| Endurance Spin |
Take your ride to the next level with 75 minutes of climbs, sprints and intervals. This all terrain ride will challenge the most experienced riders to dig deep and take themselves to the next level. Do you have then endurance to hang in there? |
| Spin ® Basics |
This class is perfect for all levels and great for those looking for more instruction on form, pedal stroke and intensity monitoring during spin classes and outdoor cycling. Proper bike set up, riding techniques and intensity monitoring will be covered to aid you in your discovery of group cycling. |
