It's Time for Something Different
If you are looking for a change of pace from you typical workout this is it! Whether you were an athlete or not, it's time to feel like one. This program uses the latest sports training techniques to get you the results you want! Each session is adapted to motivate and challenge every level of participant, from novice (aka newly reformed couch potato) to advanced (been there, done that, seasoned exerciser). Trying to lose weight? Jump start your diet with this calorie burning program- build your confidence, make new friends, and most importantly, feel better.

  • Workouts that teach proper running technique. These short intense bursts of energy will boost your metabolism and burn a ton of calories!
  • Fun, challenging relays and speed drills.
  • Body weight workouts that challenge your body in new ways and teach you how to workout anywhere anytime.
  • Complete workouts that include 3-D flexibility, Active Dynamic Warm up & Total Body training.

Warming Up - The Foundation For Success
This style of warm-up involves ground based calisthenics and choreographed movements that increase blood flow and temperature, improve flexibility, speed and strength, decrease the chance of injury and help to perfect on the field running technique.

Speed Is A Skill
Just like most sport movements involve a best technique, so does running, cutting, landing and stopping. Let us share our signature techniques that improve speed of movement.

Body Weight And Core Training
Body Weight and core training is where it all starts. We love the chin up, push up, step up and squat as our top exercises of choice. These exercises tell an athlete how strong they are for the bodyweight they are at. This is something traditional training cannot do effectively.

This program is run inside our beautiful new fitness club on the sports performance track.
