Breakthru co-owner Phil Dozois and his team of trainers will partner with you, listen to your needs and guide you to your goals. One-on-one attention will teach you how to gain the maximum results from your efforts.

A Breakthru Trainer will take you through your personal program giving you constant technique monitoring, motivation, and an increased commitment to your workout. You will work out harder, consistently, and more efficiently than you would on your own.

We Offer A Variety Of Options:

  • Private Training (1 client per 60 minute session)
    Custom tailored one-on-one training programs are designed to achieve your desired results.
  • Partner Training (2-3 clients sharing a 60 minute session)
    Share a session with a friend or spouse to increase your motivation and commitment.
  • Small Group Training (4-6 clients sharing a 60 minute session)
    Although Breakthru specializes in 1 on 1 personal training, we also understand the need for more affordable options. Our small group training sessions are a smart and affordable way to achieve the results you want by sharing your session with a small group of 4-6 people. You workouts will be more consistent and more efficient than they would be on your own. Please note, to keep up with the group and workout safe, all classes recommend a minimum of five private one-on-one personal training sessions before you start with a group.
