Great video - very effective workout! I have done this consistently (three to four times per week) for the past few months and have not gotten bored or outgrown it. I love it! I have worn my heart rate monitor a few times while doing this tape and I am amazed how my heart rate is in my target cardio range (and sometimes well above) during the first half of the workout. I have gotten much, much stronger and leaner as a direct result of this tape. I have tons of work out tapes and right now this is absolutely my favorite. Posted by Julie on 10/25/2004.

Really Like this one! I like to keep things mixed up with my routines. It keeps me motivated working out at home. I'm happy collage has such a great variety of DVD's to choose from! That being said, I really like this workout. I use it for light days, alternating with heavier wt routines (Cathe, The Firm or Jerry Love's Ripped). I wanted to get a leaner look. I felt I was getting a little bulky with just the heavier weight routines so I added this workout to my rotation with other pilates dvds & yoga. I can see a difference in my legs, arms and abs. Really Fun This is such a wonderful workout because it uses some weights in addition to the Pilates. I was a little sore the next day, in a pleasant way, in lots of muscles all over, so I know I got a great workout. I really like these two instructors and I think they work well together. Two Workouts in One! I like that the workout is split in 2 sections. The first 11 min. section is a great body sculpting routine. You'll do lower body lunges, squats and plies while you do upper body work at the same time. This section is a great add-on after a cardio workout. Breakthru pilates sculpt-Awsome! I just tried this yesterday and loved it! Tracy and Michelle are great instructors! They mention they are both moms and they make you feel like they know what your body has been thru and that they can help get you into shape! The workout is varied toning with and without weights and they take turns leading the instruction. It is a total body toning workout! I really thought it was great! Very professional instruction! Very enjoyable! I just did this workout and loved it! The time really flies by! Tracy and Michelle cue very well and one of them usually shows a modification for each exercise. The weights they use are light (3lbs) and are for toning - but for most of the exercises you can go heavier for more of a sculpting effect. There are a lot of compound moves of upper & lower together. Also, there are balancing moves both standing and in the floor work. The stretches are effective and both instructors are very likable. You should be familiar with pilates form for the pilates section on the floor. They do table work, bridge work and pilates abs work with some different variations. Core toning and shaping - great video! I've been doing cardio and weights for a few years and wanted to try something new to break up the routine. This was a great find! I broke a sweat (cardo!), but felt more toned and limber after just one session. I could feel my entire body working during the routine. Great Workout! I really loved this workout. It was fast-paced and reminded me of my Firm tapes that I used to use. I work up a sweat doing it and really loved the pilate-aspect to it. I just love pilates. I have been doing them since 2000 when you had to really search the Internet to get info. I am 51 years old and look better than ever (at least that's what my husband says).
