A Must Have Yeah! I have used this workout video for 9 months and lost 39 pounds. Of course working out a minimum of 3 times a week and watching my calorie intake. I love it! The exciting thing about this workout is the three different levels you can mix and match. I started out with the beginner level and gradualy moved up. Michelle is very engertic and is always encouraging you to work hard. I greatly recommend this workout video and would like to say be patient work hard and you will reach your goal. Excellent! This is just a wonderful DVD. I really felt I got a good workout, and the moves were easy. I stuck mostly with the lowest intensity and did some of the level 2 options that didn't include jumping. The duration was also just right. I highly recommend this DVD. Posted by Leeya on 9/13/2005.

Nice Workout I like this workout because of the different intensity levels, and because the choreography isn't complicated. Somedays I enjoy doing level 1 with #3 weights. Then other days, when I have lots of energy, I will do (without weights) level 2 or 3. The point being, beginner or advanced, this workout can be modified to your mood and ability. Now, the moves are NOT incredibly interesting, but they aren't boring. They are somewhere in between. So, that's my humble opinion. I'm glad I bought it and I use it once a week before a weight lifting workout. A perfect morning of satisfying exercise for me. Posted by Rox on 8/27/2005.

Great Cardio Workout!!! This was a very good cardio workout! I love the 3 different levels to choose from, and also the cueing is excellent. Michelle is a very upbeat, easy to follow instructor. Great addition to your home dvd workout library. Posted by Stacey on 8/13/2005.

A fun workout This is a fun, breezy workout. It's more choreographed than the WATP workouts, but not overly complex. The three different levels make it easy to adjust the intensity of your workout. Michelle is cheerful and keeps your spirits lifted while you work out with her. I like it for a good workout when I want to take it a little easier, but still burn some calories. Great Workout! I just did this video last night for the first time and I LOVED it! It was a great work out. I have been having a lot of health problems and I needed a video to ease me back into my regular workout videos. I gave this one a shot and LOVED it. The 3 levels are great. A lot of Energy! Hi,I just have to say this video is a lot of fun and after I finish this video I get a boost of energy from it. I must admit I didn't like it at first, but now it's my new favorite video. Michelle is so cute and gives great instruction too. I especially like the fact that this video combines both toning and aerobics all in one! It took me a while to get through it all, but once I did it's perfect for me. Can't wait to try level 3!
