Wonderful pilates toning workout This is a very well produced, well cued exercise dvd. As always, Michelle is easy to follow and the exercises are very effective. My favorite part of this dvd is that you have the option to do one of three levels (beginning to advanced). That makes it a good dvd to grow with.

Greeat Intro! I loved this video and it progresses nicely and doesn't leave you hanging in a tough position while they finally start the move! It moves along and the levels are GREAT. Very friendly and easy to follow! I also have the Walk Your Way Slim DVD and love it. GREAT VIDEO

Liked It Very Much I loved the fast paced style of this dvd and the 3 levels. She moves through the exercises quickly, which was great for me because I don't have a lot of time in the morning.

Nice & Easy This is my first introduction to pilates. I found it an easy and pleasant workout. The instructor easy to listen to and the different levels easy to follow as well. Basic and smooth flowing moves. My 12 year old daughter enjoys it as well.

I Like It Very easy to follow. Three different levels shown. Fairly slow and controlled, some are a litte tough. I liked it and will continue to use this DVD, hoping one day to progress to level 3. It's a basic pilates routine, starting with ab crunches, roll ups and scissors, leg sweeps. It pretty well covers the basics of pilates. Well taught.
