Great cardio!! I bought this DVD awhile back along with the Ten-Minute Solution Kickbox Bootcamp, and I was not disappointed. I love the cardio workouts. They're super-challenging, and they're great because I can do one cardio section after my 25-minute Pilates workout in the mornings. Good, upbeat workout I've had this video for several months now. As an intermediate-advanced exerciser, I enjoy this video and it gives me a good workout. I would classify the video, as presented, as intermediate; but it can easily be altered to a higher-intensity workout by putting a little more energy into the moves. I also really like this video because it is broken up into 10-minute segments, which helps the time go by quickly. I find this workout perfect for those days when I really dread working out because Michele's personality is upbeat without being annoying, the time flies, and I can get as good a workout as I feel up to. Like it! I espesially like segments 1,2 and 5. I think 3 and 4 are pretty intense! I love the way you can mix and match and get anywhere from a 10 min to a 50 min workout! Michelle is a very proffesional instructor that always has perfect form! Posted by Tracy on 11/15/2006.

Flexible and effective I have acquired quite an extensive excercise video library over the years & consider myself of intermediate-advanced level. I really got results from this video (& isn't that what really counts). I alternate these 5 segments into 3 everyday and I have lost inches, inches inches! I have found that this format really works for me and keeping it to a 1/2 hour is less daunting than many of my hour routines I own. I think most people can find 30 minutes if they make it a priority. I would love to see Michelle Dozois put out another. Her cuing is great and not annoying like some can be. Not just for Beginners--Awesome workout! I just got this video and it is great! I had to write a review because I my choice to buy or not to buy it was influenced by the "Beginners" reviews. I would say that it is not just for beginners (but beginners could do it, by modifying)...the intermediate rating is accurate. For months I didn't get this video because those reviews made me think it wasn't going to be that difficult or a challenge. This video WILL get your heartrate up and make you sweat (I am at an upper-intermediate level)! It's fast-paced and loads of fun! The instructor is awesome. The 10-minute format is great--you can squeeze a great workout in whatever amount of time you have (10-50 minutes). I would recommend it. Posted on 5/11/2006.
