First pilates tape This is my first pilates tape. I am a beginner so this was a good tape for me. I like the way they do abs, its different from the same old crunches!!I did this tape this morning andI feel it in my abs and obliques tonight!!Great tape and great instruction!!! A Great Pilates Tape for Beginners I wish I bought this one first! She is very thorough in explaining everything for the beginner, and I think the small # of reps is good for that reason - any more and I would have found it too difficult when I started. This is a great tape for beginners! This tape is just fabulous! I just started doing pilates and bought 4 or 5 differant taoes. This is the one I use when I have to miss class. It is as close to taking a beginner class as you can get. Everything is explained as you go along, its not cutesy and you go through the gamut of basic pilates exercises.
