Great if your in a crunch for time As most women out there, I want to get a good workout in but have little time. The DVD version allows you to customize your workout to your energy level, mood etc. On the days I have to workout early (usually 5am) and can only get in 20 minutes, I'll do the ballet with the yoga. On the days I have more time and energy, I'll do all the segments. I love having choices!! Posted by Darlene on 12/27/2003.

Love this Workout I've been using the tape for well over a year and LOVE the workouts. I'm so excited it is now on DVD and just ordered a copy.As I have very little free time (I leave the house at 6:00 a.m.), this is perfect for me, as I like to workout in the morning to get myself going. 10 minutes is a perfect amount of time for me and I've seen tremendous results. I highly recommend this! I think the DVD version of this workout is great. There are five options, which are all great workouts, and you can program the order and which workouts you want to do each session. She is a great leader and she's easy to follow along with. I especially love doing the kickboxing and then the yoga. No matter how busy you are, you can always find 10 minutes to use her workouts. Posted by Carrie on 7/28/2003.

Fun and Effective Workout! This is another great workout from Michelle Dozois. I found the entire workout to be enjoyable and quite effective. The pilates section is especially challenging and I liked the fact that there were some new exercises I had never seen before. I do have to say that I am glad I was familiar with all of the sections featured as Michelle doesn't really give alot of instruction. Overall, I was quite happy with this workout. A lot of fun! This is the first video that I bought from Collage. I absolutely love it. I am a doctor and I have not exercised in years even though I tell my patients to exercise. I was really scared to start exercising because I was so out of shape. I'm so glad I started with this video. It fits in my schedule. I'm able to do 1-3 workouts a day. I feel more energetic and it has helped me to relax, especially the yoga section. I bought the DVD which is fun to program. Posted by Melissa on 4/18/2003.

One of my favorites I just got the DVD version of this video and I really love it. It is a perfect no excuses workout for when you "don't have time." I love the fact that you can program the number and order of the workouts. One time I accidentally chose yoga twice. It was great! I also use this as an "add-on". One or more of these workouts can be used as a warm-up or cool-down for other activities, such as walking, runnig, ballet or yoga class. Get the DVD! Posted by carole on 4/10/2003.

My favorite instructor---my favorite video! I've been an avid exerciser for all of my 43 years. Still, I weighed 245 for over a decade. Last year, it was necessary for me to work at a second job, which added enormous stress to my already super-busy life. I found myself with neither the time nor the energy for lengthy workouts. I dug out the 10-minute solution video and started doing the yoga segment every day after a 10 minute ride on my stationary bike to warm up. Sometimes,I repeated the yoga routine several times. At times, I did one of the other 10 minute workouts before the yoga segment. Within a year, I had lost a total of 70 lbs. Without dieting! Maintaining my weightloss has not been a problem. I've become a big believer in working out for 10 minutes here and 10 minutes there. Michelle is my favorite instructor, too. She knows what she's doing and gives clear instructions and great cueing.
