Gina Wood is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer with 20+ years of experience. She has a widely varied background, and some of her other certifications include:
Corrective exercise, weight loss, nutrition, behavior modification, senior fitness, integrated balance training, as well as prenatal and post-natal. Her many clients range from young adults to seniors. Gina doesn’t believe in “one size fits all” training.

Clarissa specializes in Personal Training, Small Group Coaching, and Virtual Group Fitness. She focuses on routine over results and believes that finding your fitness tribe is key to achieving effective, sustainable & long-term results!

Alex is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with an Associate's Degree in Kinesiology from Pasadena City College and a Bachelor's in Integrated Biology from UC Berkeley.
As an athlete, he also played football and ran track at Division 1 and 2 college levels.
He specializes in fat loss, muscle gain, endurance, maintenance, rehabilitation, speed/agility/quickness training, and skill development in boxing, basketball, calisthenics, football, and track and field!
