I just wanted to send a quick note letting you know how much I love your workouts !!!! At first I thought I just loved seeing you and Matt working out together but this week … I’ve had moments where the day doesn’t go quite as planned (usually involving my kids and remote learning or just their actual living so close to me alllllll day) and I check my app and say to myself, at least Chris is teaching tomorrow ——lets get through bedtime !” 🙂 You have gotten me through many a mental meltdown !!!! I absolutely love Breakthru Fitness! Since moving to California late last summer, I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been and I really appreciate how warm and welcoming everyone is. The online classes during the quarantine have been a lifesaver for both my physical and mental wellbeing. I truly look forward to “seeing “ everyone every morning. I wanted to say how amazing the classes are at Break Thru, especially during a time where our world looks so different. The way that Break Thru was able to provide fitness classes online has been awesome!! It’s a seamless process and the classes, as well as the instructors, are great!
