Michelle Dozois is a world-renowned fitness expert and former National and World Aerobic Champion with over 30 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies. She has created hundreds of innovative training programs, top-selling home workouts, and inspiring fitness experiences for people of all levels.

As the creator of The Studio Experience with Michelle, she blends music, movement, and coaching to deliver high-energy, high-accountability workouts that help people Feel Like YOU Again — Stronger. Leaner. Energized.

At breakthruYOU, Michelle brings her passion for longevity-based training and uplifting community support to people who want to live vibrant, active, joyful lives at every age.

PHIL DOZOIS

Phil Dozois is a veteran coach and 4x founder with over 30 years of experience helping people transform their health, mindset, leadership, and lives. His whole-human-high-performance approach blends longevity fitness training, high-performance mindset, and optimized lifestyle strategies to help people build resilience, clarity, and long-term, sustainable success.

Phil created the You ReBuilt coaching framework to help high performers strengthen both sides of the coin — the person and the professional. As a long-time business owner, he understands the pressure and isolation of leadership and serves as a trusted thinking partner and strategic guide through personal and professional crossroads.

His mission: help people think better, move better, recover better, and live with strength, energy, and purpose.
